We have helped Indian Railways to design and develop service products for end-to-end coach cleaning solutions over its entire rail network under private branding and have consulted in forming policies and project specifications on coach cleaning work of “Mechanical Directorate” that are as follows:

  • En route Cleaning of passing through Trains under Clean Train Station scheme (CTS) -2003 at Ratlam, Western Railway
  • Comprehensive mechanized coach cleaning, provision of toiletries in AC coaches and depot premise cleaning -2004, at Puri, East Coast Railway.
  • Mechanized Coach Cleaning in Depot (DRC) also referred to as Primary Cleaning. -2006 at BBQ/MAS Division/Southern Railway.
  • Mechanized Platform Cleaning (PF) -2007 at Jaipur, North Western Railway
  • On-Board Housekeeping Services (OBHS) -2008 NZM, Northern Railway
  • Commercial Publicity through Vinyl Wrapping of trains including up-gradation of coaches and provision of passenger interfaces 2008 at NZM, Northern Railway

 

Today Indian Railways outsource most of their coach housekeeping and cleaning services as these products and have established service benchmarks at operation level.
