The company also enjoys an advisory panel comprising of very senior retired board members of Indian Railways and eminent senior faculties of Delhi University (Management & Law Studies) who not only bring in rich experience of operation and strategies on the table but also governance.

Sanjai Jalla, Managing Director -CTS

Sanjai founded “CTS Management” in 2005, offering over 20 years of entrepreneurial and techno-commercial experience. His background has been in Project Sales, Marketing and Business Development, both client-side and agency. He has focused on delivering services through vision and innovation and has been responsible for many `firsts` deployments in the Indian Railways. Sanjai’s last ten years have been primarily focusing on service innovations of Indian Railways during which he spearheaded technology-based service innovations. Sanjai holds a first class engineering and management degree from reputed institutions. He has also completed master class for directors leading to certified corporate directorship. Sanjai also teaches in management institutes as a hobby to bring in fresh knowledge into business and give live projects to many aspiring managers of tomorrow.

Indra M. Jalla, Director – CTS
Indra brings in over 20 years of entrepreneurial and technical experience. She has been actively involved in ITES for most of her career and headed organizations in training & development sector. She has served MNCs both in India & USA before joining her husband in business in 2005. She holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from Pennsylvania, USA. Indra’s last 5 years have been in Accounts & Finance apart from overseeing technology part.  She is a very sincere soft spoken and good communicator and handles internal support functions for delivering.
