We, at CTS Management Services Pvt. Ltd. are committed to deliver quality-cleaning services to our Customers, thereby enhancing the hygienic conditions and comfort at the service area under the scope.

We shall promote awareness to conserve natural resources and keep the area hygienically clean for safe and healthy environment.

We shall provide non-polluting, non-hazardous services and abide by all the applicable statutory & regulatory requirements.

The system and processes will be regularly reviewed for continual improvements.

In CTS “QUALITY” means 5 dimensions of services: TANGIBLES, RESPONSIVENESS, EMPATHY, ASSURANCE and RELIABILITY.

We strive to deliver & maintain the highest levels of “Customer Satisfaction” and have carved a niche in Facility Management Sector. Our service operation is monitored & controlled through Online System of reporting, which our Customer has access to at the click of a button. The service quality delivery is regularly monitored through feedback mechanism for continuous improvement and corrective and preventive measures.

Environment: (EMS-14001:2004)

We strictly follow the norms laid down by EMS and use only biodegradable and eco friendly chemicals/cleaning agents and other materials to execute our work. We use materials and cleaning agents from reputed international brands so as to qualify the requirements of EMS 14001:2004. In our endeavor to heal our planet we have started a journey to make our office paperless as far as possible. We have an Online System of Reporting for the same. We promote awareness not only amongst our staff but also the users and customers. 

Safety of our Employees: (OHSAS-18001:2007)

We are committed to the Safety of our employees and adhere to the below mentioned to ensure that Safety is not compromised at any cost:

•  All the Personal Protective Gears (PPGs) are provided namely Helmets, Face Mask, Gloves, Gum Boot and Ear Plugs.
•  All the Employees are covered under ESIC from day 1 of Joining the Company.
•  We have a well documented exhaustive Emergency Preparedness Plan in place.
•  All the sites where we operate have Fire Extinguishers.
•  We have a person trained on First Aid at every site we operate.
•  We conduct periodic training on Safety aspects, and evacuation procedures in case of any contingency.

    We have 0% accident record to corroborate this fact.
