CTS Management Information Systems

Information in structured form gives clarity of processes and helps organizations to take meaningful decision stemming from facts & figures. This keeps the whole organization In right spirit.

In CTS, we have always believed in effective utilization of data & information so that the processed  & analyzed information is used as internal feedback mechanism. Services being intangible in nature, this aspects becomes extremely important for the organization.

Data pertaining to resources such as manpower, materials and other infrastructural  items  are first organized and then analyzed. Management is informed about operational processes and further decisions to be taken for continuous improvement and operational excellence. Data Collection, Storage, Transmission, Processing and Maintenance are a way of life in CTS.

As an organization we have benefited immensely in past 1 year ever since we instituted such system in our operation. There is a dedicated team who look after MIS in our organization.   

Some of the important database functions in MIS are daily attendance, daily material consumption, inventory management, use of mechanized processes, equipment history, recording of cleaning activities, complaints & customer feedback.

Thus the reports generated are- consumption analysis, variance analysis, joiner, leavers and attrition analysis, skill development analysis, complaints analysis, customer satisfaction index, etc.
